Agritech - National Research Centre for Agricultural Technologies
The project focuses on the use of enabling technologies for the sustainable development of agri-food production, with the aim of promoting adaptation to climate change, the development of marginal areas, the resilience and multifunctionality of agricultural, forestry and livestock systems, safety, quality, traceability and typicality of agri-food supply chains, and at the same time with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of intensive production activities especially in areas with a territorial vocation. The partnership combines the best scientific expertise to make Italian agriculture more competitive, resilient and sustainable, involving 28 universities, 5 research centres and 18 companies.
