Services

Access to the University telephone network can be requested by:

  1. professors, researchers, doctoral students, scholarship holders, research fellows and staff engaged in research tasks in any capacity. They must be authorized by the manager of the structure in which they carry out their activity.
  2. Technical-administrative staff, collaborators in various capacities, "150 hours" students. They must be authorized by the head of their department or by their manager.
  3. Authorized outsiders for special needs.

The telephone network is supervised by the IT and Telematic Services Area - ASIT. To obtain the activation of a new user, it is necessary to submit a request (authorized by your manager) to the helpdesk service of the IT and Telematic Services Area - ASIT, to which reports must also be sent in the event of a failure of the telephone line.

Mobile network

The IT and Telematic Services Area - ASIT also manages the University's mobile phone network. The service is regulated by an agreement between the operator Vodafone and CONSIP, to which the University of Padova adheres. The agreement allows the purchase and activation, for service needs, of Sim cards, mobile phones and Internet Keys at preferential conditions.
