Fixed-term research technologists
The University of Padua, within the resources available for planning purposes, in order to carry out technical and administrative support activities for research activities, may enter into fixed-term employment contracts with individuals, classified as “Fixed-term research technologists”, who hold at least a degree and possess specific professional and/or cultural qualifications in relation to the type of activity envisaged.
Within the research projects managed by the University’s structures and by the Central Administration, the technologist carries out duties of a highly technical and professional nature, providing technical and/or administrative support for research activities and/or project management, in accordance with the instructions given by the scientific supervisor and/or the technical manager of the structure, depending on the nature of the project.
Recruitment takes place through public selection procedures, based on examinations or on qualifications and examinations.
