Selection procedures for fixed-term technical and administrative staff
Fixed-term hiring takes place through a public selection process.
Fixed-term employment at this University takes place in the following ways:
- selection based on the rankings drawn up by the Provincial Employment Centers following applications to the job offer, for which only completion of compulsory education is required (category B, pay grade B1)
- public selection based on an interview and qualifications and/or aptitude and professional tests for categories C, D, EP and for category B, pay grade B3.
The relevant legislation is contained in art. 19 of the CCNL of 9.8.2000 for staff in the University sector and in Legislative Decree 6.9.2001, no. 368, as well as in the University Regulations for technical-administrative staff.
