School of Engineering
The School of Engineering is formed by the aggregation of six departments, four of which represent the area of Engineering and two of the mathematical and physical disciplines :
- Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering
- Department of Information Engineering
- Department of Industrial Engineering
- Department of Industrial Systems Technology and Management
- Department of Mathematics
- Department of Physics and Astronomy "Galileo Galilei"
The School coordinates and rationalizes the teaching activities of the study courses, and also has communication tasks outside the degree courses, and other training activities also aimed at the world of business and professions, taking care of the relationship with the Professional Order of Engineers and other trade bodies.
Innovative, specific and diversified fields for the School of Engineering, which include aerospace, biomedical, civil, chemical, information, management and many others. The degree courses are directed towards modern technological and design applications; There will be periods of study abroad as well as internships and collaborations within companies and businesses.
