Request for refund of fees
University fees (including pre-enrolment fees) are normally non-refundable, even if the student has not taken part in any teaching activity.
Only students who have already completed enrolment may request a refund of the fees in cases of duplicate payments or payments not due.
In addition, specific refunds are provided for in the summary table.
Refund requests must be submitted to the Student Services Office using the form below, which may be delivered in person or sent, together with a photocopy of an identity document, by fax, email, or post to the contact details provided.
A photocopy of the payment receipt for which the refund is being requested must always be enclosed.
All payments exceeding € 1.000 (D.L.201/2011) must mandatorily be made by bank transfer; therefore, it is essential to enter on Uniweb the IBAN code relating to a bank account held or jointly held by the student.
