Rules for the use of computing resources
The use of the University's IT tools is regulated by certain internal provisions concerning the use of the University network, Internet access, e-mail, IT security, and the creation of websites.
A circular specifies the obligations and prohibitions to be respected by those who have access to the University network. It specifies the methods of use of computer resources, the limits of use, the rules for e-mail, the rules of the Garr network, through which the Internet is accessed.
It is a regulation that establishes the principles to be followed by all users authorized to use the University's IT resources. It explains the procedures to be followed for IT security purposes or in the event of an incident and the penalties that can be applied as a result of violating the rules. Finally, the procedures for satisfying the requests of the judicial authority regarding information that can be detected through IT tools are specified.
