In the interactive graph the trend of the indicators used by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and the positioning of the University in this ranking of world universities.
In the 2026 edition (published on 9 October 2025) the University of Padua confirms its position in the top 250, despite the continuous increase in the number of universities evaluated by the THE ranking.
In this latest edition, about 3000 institutions were analyzed and 2191 are those that appear in the final ranking, from 115 countries around the world.
The graph shows the year of publication of the ranking.
In the 2026 edition of THE World University Rankings , the University of Padua records its best performance in the "Teaching" dimension, occupying 196th place worldwide and fourth nationally.
