To access the service it is necessary (only on first use):
- fill in the registration form and wait for the automatic account validation email,
- complete the company information by accessing the reserved area with username and password.
Once you have received the email confirming your registration, you can proceed with the insertion of the job offer.
The Career Service will evaluate the offer to verify its compliance with the University's educational profiles and, in the event of a positive evaluation, will make it public anonymously. The office is also available to analyze the needs of the company and define the profiles sought.
Spontaneous applications will be evaluated by the office and the candidates' curricula will be made available in the reserved area. In the event of insufficient or offline applications, the Career Service will contact the suitable profiles, extending the search to all CVs in the database.
Upon request, the office takes care of carrying out pre-selection interviews with candidates, in order to present the company with a shortlist of suitable CVs.
