Supplementary health care for staff

Supplementary health care for the staff of the University of Padova is a service provided (effective from 00.00 on 01/01/2024 to 24.00 on 31/12/2026) by the Mutual Aid Society - Insieme Salute.

It is a measure that is part of the University's actions designed to protect staff health and well-being.

Supplementary health care is provided for:

•  fixed-term and permanent technical-administrative staff including managers, research technologists, istaff seconded to the University, agricultural workers and collaborators and language experts in active service at the University. The cost is borne by the University and it is possible to extend assistance to one's own family, at their own expense.
• lecturers and permanent researchers, research fellows and their families through "voluntary memberships at their own expense ".

All policies relating to the different categories enjoy the same conditions and benefits.

To illustrate the content of the new health policy and how to use it, information meetings (online/webinar/zoom) will be planned.
