Kasko Policy - Damage to means of transport used on a mission or for service duties

The University of Padua has taken out Kasko policy no. 821702117 with Amissima Assicurazioni S.p.a. for the benefit of its employees and collaborators, for vehicles owned by or used by the University and its employees and collaborators, when used on a mission or for service duties.

In the event of a Kasko claim resulting from events such as fire, running off the road, collision with other vehicles, persons and/or animals, overturning and similar events, the person authorized to use the vehicle must report it using the specific form prepared by the broker Marsh S.p.a., which can be downloaded from this page.

The form must be completed and signed in hard copy as required by the broker, then scanned and sent by email to the Ufficio Contratti e Assicurazioni at assicurazioni@unipd.it (or by using the Titulus function “corrispondenza tra AOO” if sent by a structure, or “protocollo tra uffici” if sent by another Ufficio of the AC).

Together with the form, the initial documentation indicated in the form itself must also be sent.
