The person who has suffered an accident and falls within the categories listed below must promptly submit the report using the forms and instructions provided below: 


Accident involving an employee

Recipients:

  • lecturing staff, researchers, and technical-administrative staff;
  • staff not formally included in the organizational structure and staff of affiliated entities, both public and private, who regularly carry out activities at the University facilities;

What to do in the event of an accident involving an employee:

  1. The accident report to INAIL is mandatory and must be sent to the Economic Treatments Office by completing the forms and following the procedure described on this page
  2. The report of an accident occurring during a business trip or during work-related travel, in order to make use of the University insurance policy, must be sent directly to the broker Marsh S.p.a., following the instructions and completing the forms available on this page


Accident involving female and male students

Recipients

  • university students (by way of example and not limited to: students enrolled in degree courses, master's programs, PhD programs, non-medical specialization programs, advanced courses, Erasmus, interns, scholarship holders, research fellows, trainees). 

What to do in the event of an accident involving female and male students:

  1. The accident report to INAIL is mandatory and must be sent to the Economic Treatments Office by completing the forms and following the procedure described on this page
  2. The accident report, in order to make use of the University insurance policy, must be sent directly to the broker Marsh S.p.a., following the instructions and completing the forms available on this page
