Part-time

Requests must be submitted or sent to Ufficio PTA at any time, using the appropriate form.

Employees who wish to carry out a second work activity may only opt for part-time work of 18 hours per week.  In this case, they must complete another form, in which the type of activity they intend to carry out and the statement by the head of their structure regarding the absence of any conflict of interest must be indicated.

The University has the right to accept or reject requests where there is a possibility of prejudice to the proper functioning of the administration, at the discretion of the institution (art. 73 of Law no. 133 of 6 August 2008, converting Decree 112/2008).

Within 30 days from the date the request is officially registered, the employee is informed of the administration's decision. The conversion of the employment relationship is formalized through the signing of a specific contract, always effective from the 1st day of each month.

For staff hired on a fixed-term employment contract, a favorable opinion from the Committee for Technical and Administrative Staff is required.
