PA 110 with honours
The memorandum of understanding signed by the University of Padua and the Ministry of Public Administration guarantees facilitated access to some degree courses for employees of the Public Administrations.
The degree courses proposed for A.Y.2026/27 will follow shortly, together with the renewal of the memorandum with the Ministry of Public Administration.
The concessions consist of an exemption from student tuition fees, which entails the payment of a fixed amount of 700 euros. Stamp duty and the regional tax remain payable.
The possibility of attending PA 110 e lode courses is guaranteed under the same teaching arrangements approved by the degree programme regulations (indicated in the Annex to the Protocol); no facilitated teaching arrangements are предусмотрены.
In addition, a contribution equal to 50% of the enrolment cost borne by the student is recognised, also provided on a compensatory basis with respect to the enrolment fees due from each student, and is, in any case, determined subject to verification of merit requirements and according to the resources allocated annually to the DFP that are actually available.
Students employed by the PA must complete annually, in order to request the concession, the form available on the Uniweb pages, via the path Didattica - Dichiarazioni Aggiuntive Iscrizione Annuale.
The application will be approved automatically, subject to verification of the requirements, with the consequent application of the reduced tuition fees.
The requirements are: being employed by a public administration, enrolling in one of the courses offered and listed in the table, and completing the Additional Declaration in all its parts.
Participation must be renewed annually when enrolling for the following year.
