General practitioner for off-campus students

Off-campus students can have a general practitioner in the city without having to give up their own in the municipality of residence, thus avoiding resorting to the emergency room for trivial health problems. Those who are not interested in the service can still carry out medical examinations in Padova in case of need, but these will be subject to a fee.

From 1 January 2026, interested parties must make an annual payment of 25 euros.

It is possible to make the payment through the payment portal of the Veneto Region (selecting as an institution: Azienda ULSS n.6 Euganea, and as a type of payment: Health care for off-campus university students).

Once the payment has been made, the student can go to one of the family doctors indicated in the list. It is necessary to bring a copy of the payment receipt and the university badge with you.
