Memorandum of understanding between the university and the regional school office

An agreement to collaborate together on quality, equitable and inclusive education, and learning opportunities for all.

An increasingly close collaboration to contribute together to an increasingly inclusive and sustainable society: this is the meaning of the memorandum of understanding signed in 2018 by the University of Padova and the Territorial School Office for Veneto.

The aim is to make schools and universities increasingly open to the different needs present in society today: not only those of people with disabilities, but also, for example, of students with learning difficulties, or from contexts of social hardship. People who must be increasingly perceived as resources to be valued, rather than elements to be marginalized and excluded. But for this, the signatories emphasize, it is necessary not only a cultural change, but also the creation of paths of discussion and training, both for teachers and students.

The signed agreement is part of the complex of actions and services carried out by the University of Padova in the field of inclusion.

The duration of the agreement is three years.
