Incentives and contributions
Incentives are offered to give you the opportunity to obtain reductions in the amount of tuition fees, or they are paid as compensation in relation to specific collaborations or for academic merit.
In order to support enrolments in degree classes of national or European interest, the University of Padua awards incentives to students enrolled in certain degree programmes belonging to STEM scientific degree classes, as shown in the table below.
The degree classes considered are those, not subject to national admission quotas, falling within ISCED-1dgt. 05, 06 and 07 fields of study, according to the classification used within SISTAN by the Ministry.
The incentive consists of a full or partial exemption from tuition fees, up to a maximum amount of 1000 euro, which is granted according to ranking position and until the available resources are exhausted.
The selection takes place by December, automatically and without the submission of any application, on the basis of specific requirements:
- regular enrolment in degree programmes;
- merit as resulting from the merit coefficient;
- financial condition indicated by the ISEE value.
For more information, please consult the call for applications.
Every year, selection calls for tutors (L.170/2003) are announced, taking into account academic merit, skills, and aptitudes, assessed through qualifications and selection interviews.
Every year, students can apply to carry out part-time collaborations with the University, for a maximum duration of 200 hours.
To reward deserving female and male students, the University and other public or private bodies periodically establish study awards: the vast majority are intended for those who have already graduated, but in some cases those enrolled in bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and single-cycle master’s degree courses may also apply.
Procedures, requirements, and types of awards vary and are specified in the individual calls for applications, together with the contact information of the bodies issuing the competition.
This initiative, which has an experimental nature, aims to promote enrolment in and continued attendance of degree courses in Nursing across the Veneto region.
The people eligible for the initiative are students enrolled in the three-year bachelor's degree programme in Nursing in the academic years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 at the universities of Padua, Verona and Ferrara (for the latter, limited to the Adria campus), who have passed the first-, second- or third-year traineeship exam.
Application submission deadlines:
March 31, 2027, March 31, 2028 and March 31, 2029
Veneto Lavoro is responsible for the payment of the voucher, in accordance with the provisions of DGR 645/2025.
