Aldo Gini Foundation

The Aldo Gini Foundation was established by the University of Padova, according to the will and thanks to the generous legacy of Ing. Aldo Gini, to establish scholarships in favour of those who have demonstrated, during their studies or their professional activity, particular  aptitudes in the field of exact sciences and their applications and to promote, through the direct contacts of the scholarship holders and through facilitations for the stay of international scholars in Italy,  a more intense collaboration between those who study and Italian technicians and those of other countries, of adequate preparation and aptitude in the field of Mathematical, Physical, Natural Sciences, Engineering and Agriculture.

The Aldo Gini Foundation has a guesthouse designed to host Italian and foreign scholars and technicians visiting the Departments and Institutes of the University of Padua, and the Foresteria Ducceschi. 

The Foundation announces scholarships for study abroad intended to support those who intend to carry out a period of study and/or specialization abroad.
