The Hurricane

As part of the project of the Equal Opportunities Committee of DIMED and ARCS Unipd, on Wednesday 23 settembre Teatro Ruzante will host a new event: a screening of the film The Hurricane.

The guest of the evening is the jurist and writer Nogaye Ndiaye, known on social media as leregoledeldirittoperfetto.

The film tells the story of the boxer Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, played by Denzel Washington, who was unjustly sentenced to three life terms for a triple murder in an America marked by racism and discrimination.

Admission is free until all seats are taken.
