Within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), Mission 4: Education and research, Component: M4C2 From research to business, Investment 1.2: Projects submitted by young researchers, the Ministry of University and Research funds grants for young researchers, through the call “Funding projects presented by young researchers”.
This call targets three categories of researchers: beneficiaries of ERC Starting grants or Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowships, as well as those who have been awarded the MSCA "Seal of Excellence". The funding for the selected projects ranges from 150,000 euros for SoE projects, to a maximum of 300,000 euros for MSCA projects, up until 1 million euros for ERC PI’s.
Within the 2022 call, the following 12 MSCA projects and 24 SoE Young Researchers’ projects were selected at the University of Padua, which ranked first among participating Host Institutions, both by number of eligible projects and by total amount of assigned funding.
