Call centre
The Call Centre assists you in the previous instances as well as more complex situations that you may come across during your time at the University of Padua and thereafter. It answers to the questions of people who wish to enrol, and also replies to tourists, international scholars and, most generally, to anybody interested in updated information about the University.
Multilingual Call Centre operators give information about enrolment, graduation courses, admission fees as well as scholarships, board and lodging, services for disabled students, postgraduate and training courses, and much more.

Public Relations Office - URP
The Public Relations Office (URP) provides multilingual information on the services and teaching offered by the University, and on events, shows, cultural initiatives, seminars and training sessions taking place on the campus; it collects and circulates information on the activities of the University and informs the public on the main cultural activities and opportunities offered by the city of Padua. Finally, it maximizes communication between the University and the public, providing clear answers and exact solutions to queries. The URP promotes collaboration between the University and other PR offices in the region.
