Characteristics and objectives
The course in electronic engineering aims to train engineers able to enter quickly into the production world as electronic engineers and technicians in various industrial areas (in the manufacturing of equipment for telecommunications, consumer electronics, automotive, biomedical systems, appliances, conversion systems energy and others). Thanks to the interdisciplinary nature of his education and to the acquired basic knowledge, the electronic engineer can easily contribute to the hardware /software design of complex electronic systems, by interacting with specialists in other disciplines: information and other industrial engineers, but also physical, biologists, doctors, etc. The use of innovative electronic technologies is indispensable for systems with high demands in terms of performance (receivers, signal processing and high frequency transmission, wireless systems, radio links, mobile phones, radar), reliability (systems car control, avionics), miniaturization, power consumption and safety (biomedical systems, pacemakers, neurostimulators, pacemakers) energy efficiency (energy conversion systems for wind turbines, photovoltaic, management of smart-grids, drivers for led illumination).

Occupational opportunities
The electronic engineer is of interest for all industries¬¬, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, which operate in the various sectors of information technology, including electronics, telecommunications, measuring instrumentation and industrial automation. These companies are typically characterized by high flexibility and dynamism in order to adapt to the demands of increasingly global markets. This degree in electronic engineering meets the request of these companies in terms of young staff, with the flexibility and typical engineering electronic skills. These graduates are suitable for the production / management field. Electrical engineers will be employed both in design departments, production and testing as both installation and maintenance engineers of the devices themselves. They can be employed in the technical offices as experts for the purchase of equipment and components or, in the role of technical experts of the equipment, used in measuring laboratories and certification or operation of telecommunications systems.

From Bachelor's degree to Master's degree
The course gives access to Master degree programs in Bioengineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering and ICT For internet and multimedia, according to the admission rules that will be indicated in the specific admission notices.
