Requesting a New Password Activation Code
For utilities:
- name.surname @studenti.unipd.it
- 12345678 @unipd.it
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to recover it through the online procedure, you must request a new password activation code by filling out the online form at the bottom (accompanied by an identity document attached).
The new password activation code (to be used on the dedicated page ) is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the form.
WARNING: always check that the email containing the new password activation code is not automatically placed in the spam folder or in junk mail; Sometimes, in fact, rather restrictive filters (activated by the various email services) automatically label as spam mails that contain links, codes, passwords, etc.
To recover the password of the user name.surname @unipd.it it is necessary to follow the instructions indicated on the employee e-mail page .
