Requesting a new password activation code

For accounts:

• name.surname @studenti.unipd.it
• 12345678 @unipd.it

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to recover it through the online procedure, you must request a new password activation code by filling out the online form at the bottom of the page, attaching a copy of your identity document.

The new password activation code (to be used on the dedicated page ) is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the form. 

WARNING: always check that the email containing the new password activation code is not automatically placed in the spam folder or in junk mail; sometimes, in fact, rather restrictive filters (activated by the various email services) automatically label as spam mails that contain links, codes, passwords, etc.

To recover the password of the user name.surname @unipd.it it is necessary to follow the instructions indicated on the employee e-mail page .
