Quantum science and engineering

This Master's degree programme, delivered in English, trains specialists in quantum science and technologies for companies and research institutes that develop hardware and software for quantum computing and communications, or that apply these technologies to solving complex problems. The two-year educational path provides skills in quantum physics, advanced mathematics, precision electronics, and quantum information. In addition to lectures and laboratories, the degree programme includes a traineeship that can be carried out at institutions outside the University and promotes study periods abroad through the exchange programmes offered by the School of Science, the School of Engineering, and the University of Padua.
