Annj Zamuner achieved a degree (MSc) in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Processes in 2012 and a Ph.D. in Material Engineering in 2019. Her curriculum includes two years long post-MSc and two years of post-doc research activity in the synthesis of bioactive peptides and conjugation of bioactive molecules to biomaterials. During her Ph.D., Annj Zamuner spent 6 months at King’s College Laboratories learning cell culture and characterization methods, and 8 months at the Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Center of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She is the author of more than 50 international publications in peer-reviewed journals. Currently, she is employed as a temporary researcher fellow (RTDA) at the University of Padova.
