I specialize in the analysis of Omics data, focusing on RNAseq, exome/whole genome sequencing, and GWAS. I apply these analytical techniques, along with other biostatistical and bioinformatic analyses, primarily to the study of neuromuscular diseases. This combination of computational and experimental expertise allows for a comprehensive approach to understanding the genetic underpinnings of neuromuscular conditions, with the aim of contributing to their research and advancing our knowledge in this field.
