PhD in Sociology of Cultural Processes, since 2018 I have been Associate Professor in Sociology of Cultural and Communicative Processes (areas: SPS/08). I currently teach Sociology of Media at the First-cycle/Bachelor's degree course in Sociological Sciences and Sociology at the First-cycle/Bachelor's degree course in Planning and Management of Cultural Tourism at the University of Padova.I am currently Director of the Degree Course in Sociological Sciences and Director of the Master in Social Media, Public Opinion and Electoral Political MarketingFrom 2007 to 2009 I was the owner and scientific director of a University Project entitled "Young people and adults in space digital: the generational variable in the use of media". From 2010 to 2015 I participated, in various capacities, in the Project "Socio-cultural pluralism and protection of minors", as part of the Convention between the Veneto Region (Corecom) and the University of Padova (CIRN "Giorgio Lago"). Since 2009 I have been conducting a personal project entitled: "Communication, body image and eating disorders: the mediatized spaces of anorexia and bulimia". From 2012 to 2015 I participated in the University project "Literacy and new media: social uses of new technologies by young people" (Scientific coordinator: prof. Stella); Since 2012 I have participated in the project "Preparation for lecturer professionalism and educational innovation – PRODID" (Scientific coordinator: prof. Felisatti); From 2015 to 2016 I was responsible for the "Internet and safe browsing" project, as part of the Agreement between the Veneto Region (Corecom) and the University of Padova (CIRN "Giorgio Lago"). Since 2019 I have been responsible for the "Social media and local politics" project.
