Lifelong Learning Course

Scientific Coordinator: Gastone Zanette

Dates: from 23 October 2023 to 28 February 2024. 28.5 hours of recorded video lessons, in-depth readings and tests (Since the lessons are recorded videos, the student will be able to access and follow the lessons during the entire opening period of the course, at any time)

Registration deadline: 30 September 2023

Goals: 

  • Learn the ethnobotanical and ethno-pharmacological characteristics of the Cannabis sativa L. plant, for its use in the various pharmaceutical and medicinal, agro-industrial and food fields;
  • Learn the evolutionary history of the Endocannabinoid System, its functions, and the pathophysiology of endocannabinoid deficiency or overproduction;
  • Learn the clinical evaluation of the patient and the risk associated with particular pathological pictures in relation to the possible therapeutic uses of Medicinal Cannabis (CM);
  • Learn the regulations governing the cultivation, production, prescription and dispensing of CM;

Target audience: Doctors, pharmacists, chemists, CTFs, biologists, agronomists, pharmacologists, laboratory and analysis technicians; Secondary: entrepreneurs. 

Training Methods: FAD (distance learning): video lessons delivered in asynchronous mode, written interaction with teachers in case of doubts and questions from the student.

The payment of the fee is required in a single form. The fee will be refundable only in case of non-start of the course due to failure to reach the minimum number of 5 participants - maximum 50 participants.
