Specialisation School in Historical and artistic heritage

The School aims to train specialists with a specific professional profile in the field of the protection, management and promotion of historical and artistic heritage, capable of working with highly responsible roles in public and/or private institutions with organisational, cultural, editorial and research functions and purposes in the field of historical and artistic heritage.
The educational pathway is organised into areas referring to different types of studies and includes in-depth study of the disciplines relating to knowledge of historical and artistic heritage from Late Antiquity to the Contemporary period.
Attendance at lectures, conferences, seminars, practical classes, as well as participation in practical activities, is compulsory. The minimum attendance requirement is set at 70%. At the end of each year, the student must pass a theoretical-practical examination on the training activities carried out during the year. Students may not enrol in the same year of the course more than twice.
The student who has passed the theoretical-practical examination of the final year will be admitted to the final examination, consisting of the discussion of an original paper in the form of a scientific-management project (specialisation thesis). The assessment will take into account the marks obtained in the annual examinations, as well as the results of any periodic assessments.
Those who have passed the final examination will be awarded the diploma of Specialisation in Historical and artistic heritage.

The Specialisation School has adopted a regulations setting out the organisational aspects of the Degree Programme, defined in accordance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 31 January 2006.
