Support and strategies for study skills
The SAP-AS (Apprendimento e Studio) is a service aimed at supporting and improving study skills at the University.
The service is intended for all students who experience difficulties in managing their studies, offering group courses to strengthen and optimise their study method.
The sessions will be held online or in person from 12:00 to 13:30, for a total of 6 meetings scheduled between October and November 2026.

The SAP Service offers three group pathways that will take place online and/or in person between October and November 2026:
- Study skills enhancement group: a pathway designed to foster skills and the use of effective study methods at university among students with specific learning difficulties (7 online or in-person meetings starting from 19 October 2026).
A free 12-hour online course.
Getting to know the most effective strategies, the emotions and the motivational aspects that most influence academic performance will help you succeed better at university.
