Getting to Padua
Padua, also thanks to its geographical position at the centre of the Venetian plain, can be easily reached via the main transport routes; it also has a well-developed public transport network and numerous other options for getting around the city.
The nearest airports are Venezia and Treviso, both reachable from Padua by coach (see “intercity coaches”) or by a taxi service with fixed fares (www.airservicepadova.it, 049.8704425). The railway station is served by most city buses.

Motorways A4 Turin - Trieste (toll booths: Padua Ovest and Padua Est) and A13 Bologna - Padua (toll booths: Padua Sud and Padua Zona Industriale).
The coach terminal in Padua is next to the railway station. One route goes to Agripolis, the university campus in Legnaro.
