Objectives: Updating and training for the implementation of best practices and animal welfare assessment. The course is structured to facilitate the acquisition of an interdisciplinary vision of animal welfare, also including Problem solving techniques and Ethical review process.
The course allows the deepening of the following professional skills:
- Animal Welfare Assessment skills and construction of management evaluation protocols
- skills in Animal Welfare Management and construction of management protocols in the field of wild animals in a controlled environment
- decision-making and problem-solving skills in the field of Ethical Review Process and Animal Welfare Ethics
Recipients: Veterinary medicine, Life Science, Animal Science and Human Science Degrees
