This page provides information on admission to the limited-enrolment Bachelor's Degree Programme taught in Italian in "Sport and Exercise Science".
There will be a single selection process; to compete for admission, it is necessary to sit an in-person admission test administered by the University of Padua.

The information below is intended to provide a general overview of the procedures for admission to the courses, in order to facilitate completion of the required steps. It is nevertheless necessary to read the admission notice, the official document for access to the course.
To access the first year, it is necessary to pre-enrol and sit the admission test.
The merit rankings are then drawn up: if you are admitted during the subsequent rounds or repechage procedures provided for, you may submit an online enrolment application by following the instructions provided on the dedicated page.
Procedures and deadlines for completing the process are set out in the admission notice.
Enrolment is finalised automatically with the assignment of a student ID number within a few working days from the time the application is submitted (including payment of the first instalment for the 2026/27 academic year), following the necessary administrative checks.

Changing degree programme to access the first year, from a procedural point of view, differs from standard enrolment only in the final stage of the process: you must therefore take part in the selection procedure like the other candidates (by pre-enrolling and taking the admission test), be admitted in the ranking list, and submit the online application for a degree programme change instead of the standard enrolment application.

Changing degree programme does not automatically entail the transfer of any exams/activities already completed from previous academic careers to the new one. Interested applicants must submit a specific online application for credit recognition as indicated in the paragraph "In brief: Career shortening". Access procedures vary depending on the recognitions and the proposed year of admission, whether the first year or years after the first.

Transferring from another university to enter the first year differs procedurally from standard enrolment only in the final stage of the process: you must therefore take part in the selection process like the other candidates (by pre-enrolling and sitting the admission test), be placed in a position that grants admission in the ranking list, and submit the online application for an incoming transfer instead of the standard enrolment application. You must also follow the procedures for requesting an outgoing transfer at your home university.

It is possible to request recognition of certified academic and professional activities, and of examinations already taken (including abroad), such as single courses or in previous university careers, so that they do not have to be taken again in the Degree Programme to be attended at the University of Padua.
The credit recognition request must be submitted by following a specific online procedure, available approximately between June and mid-July 2026. Information on how to proceed and the exact dates are published on the page www.unipd.it/domanda-valutazione.
The appointed committee issues a resolution with the list of recognised examinations/activities and the proposed year of admission:
- if admission to the first year is proposed, it is necessary to take part in the entry selection procedures with no difference whatsoever compared with those who have not requested credit recognition;
- if admission to a year after the first is proposed, it is necessary to be admitted in the relevant ranking lists, which may be drawn up on the basis of the number of places available for each year of the course, as indicated in the admission notice. If not admitted, it is possible to take part in the first-year entry selection procedures with no difference whatsoever compared with those who have not requested credit recognition.
The ranking lists are published on this page (for access to the first year and to subsequent years); in the event of admission, the enrolment application, Degree Programme change application or incoming transfer application must be submitted by following the instructions provided on the page www.unipd.it/istruzioniaccesso-triennali-magistrali-ciclounico.
The recognised examinations are entered into the new academic record after enrolment and by the first available examination session for the academic year 2026/27.
In any case, even before submitting the credit recognition request or obtaining the resolution, it is possible to take part in the selection procedures for the first year so as to secure a place in the first year within the Degree Programme. The academic record is then updated automatically by entering the recognitions included in the resolution and any enrolment in a year after the first.
