Public Relations Office - URP
The Public Relations Office guarantees Italian and foreign students, enrolled, prospective and graduated, the exercise of their rights of information, access and participation through the illustration of administrative procedures, information on university structures and on the tasks of the various offices.
The URP provides information to citizens regarding events organized and promoted by the University and disseminates information material to Italian and foreign students. In addition to this, the Office receives complaints, reports and suggestions to be forwarded to the competent offices by interfacing with the Legal Service for the most complex cases. Finally, it strengthens communication between the University and citizens and promotes collaboration between the University and other URPs in the area.
The front office of the URP is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12.30 pm, at Palazzo Bo - via VIII Febbraio 2, Padova (access from the passage that connects the Ancient Courtyard to the New Courtyard);
