The Public Relations Office guarantees Italian and international students, whether enrolled, prospective or graduates, the exercise of their rights to information, access and participation through the explanation of administrative procedures, the provision of information on university facilities and on the responsibilities of the various offices.
The URP provides information to the public regarding events and initiatives organised and promoted by the University and distributes informational material to Italian and international students. In addition, the Office receives complaints, reports and suggestions to be forwarded to the competent offices, liaising with the Legal Service for the most complex cases. Lastly, it strengthens communication between the University and the public and promotes collaboration between the University and the other URPs in the local area.
The URP front office is open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.30, at Palazzo del Bo - via VIII Febbraio 2, Padua (access via the passage connecting the Cortile Antico to the Cortile Nuovo);
