Department of Land, Environment, Agriculture and Forestry - TESAF

The Department is dedicated to the study, effective management and sustainable use of renewable, agricultural and forestry resources, through a tradition of excellence in the discipline, interdisciplinary collaborations and international partnerships.

The disciplinary objective is wide-ranging, ranging from individual organisms to natural and managed ecosystems, from desert to agricultural and landscape systems, from the local to international environments, and from the conservation of resources to their use.

The Department reflects a variety of disciplines, including ecology and forestry, phytopathology, appraisal and law, land, agricultural, food and forestry economics, politics, hydrology, soil conservation and water resources management, agricultural and forestry engineering, remote sensing and GIS.
