Art, Tech and Inclusion Summer Lab - Université de Lorraine

In this ten-day summer programme focusing on art and inclusion, participants will attempt to answer the question: how can museums be made more inclusive? Based in Nancy at Université de Lorraine's fab lab, the Charly Lab, you will work in teams to design a game playable inside a museum and accessible to all using 3D scanning and printing technologies, laser cutting, augmented and virtual realities. As well as learning to master these technologies, you will discover, through the bootcamp's excursions, the history and culture of the Lorraine region, the renowned Ecole de Nancy art movement, as well as innovative projects led by the Université de Lorraine and local associations, all of which will contribute to your final project.

Dates: 13 - 24 June 2026
Registration deadline: 10 March 2026
Registration Fees: 900€ including housing, brakfast, lunches, tuition fees, social and sport activities, local transportation. Not included: travel to and from Nancy and dinners (6).
Housing: brand new cosy residence, the Art&Facts Kosy Appart'Hotel, individual rooms with bathroom and kitchen. Distance to IUT: 15 min-walk.

Playshop for Language and Cultural Exchange (PLACE) Summer Camp 2026 - Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)

Hosted by HKUST (GZ), this flagship international summer program brings together young people from around the world to explore the cultural richness of Lingnan and the Greater Bay Area, while experiencing the University’s spirit of innovation across both the Guangzhou and Hong Kong campuses. Through immersive Chinese cultural experiences, interactive workshops, city explorations, and cross-campus exchange activities, participants will engage with local traditions, global perspectives, and one another in meaningful ways. PLACE offers a vibrant platform for international youth exchange, supports students’ transition into university life, and celebrates HKUST’s 35-year legacy of global engagement and educational excellence.

Dates: 8-21 August 2026
Registration deadline: 28 February 2026
Registration fees: RMB 20,000 ( USD 2,800). The fees include tuition, on-campus housing, most meals throughout the camp, and insurance.

  • Outstanding applicants will be eligible for financial assistance that covers up to 100% of the program fees, as well as a portion of round-trip airfare costs. The funding amounts will vary based on a thorough evaluation of the applicants' materials and are intended to support and encourage participation from exceptional candidates.

International Student Research Program (ISRP) - California University Santa Cruz

The International Student Research Program (ISRP) invites students from partner universities outside of the U.S. to engage in a life-changing research internship at UC Santa Cruz under the guidance of a faculty mentor. The ISRP offers two options Summer and Academic Year (fall, winter, spring). ISRP participants apply for the J-1 Student Intern visa to the U.S. The ISRP is a work-based learning program. Student interns join a thriving academic community of faculty, postdocs, researchers, and graduate students at UC Santa Cruz to gain valuable insight into U.S. research techniques while also enhancing their qualifications in technical and research methodologies. Student interns may also have opportunities to contribute to research publications during or following their internship.
