University Security and Event Management Teams

To ensure safety during cultural events organised in university premises and intended for the university community and the public, the presence of specifically trained staff is required. These staff members make up the so-called “University event safety and management teams”.

The teams are redefined annually through the internal assignments portal. People who meet the requirements will form a list from which the new teams will be selected, by official assignment conferred by D.D.G.
