Safety in procurement
The DUVRI (Single Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks) constitutes the single document for identifying, analyzing, and eliminating or reducing the risks arising from possible interferences that may occur during the performance of activities entrusted to third parties within university facilities and in the common area of the Azienda Ospedale – University Padua.
The information and requirements set out in the document are intended to inform the contractor companies of the risks present in the work environments where they are called upon to operate and of the interference situations that may arise due to the simultaneous performance of normal university activities.
The DUVRI is the document that must be drawn up in the case of contracts for works, services, or supplies, in order to comply with the obligations imposed by Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of April 9, 2008, as amended and supplemented, the “Consolidated Law on Safety.” The document is formalized when the contract is signed, of which it becomes an integral part.
The template brings together the fundamental components of interference risk assessment, information for the contracting parties, and the definition of spaces and procedures related to the activities.
