Security in procurement
The DUVRI (Single Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks) is the single document for the identification, analysis and elimination or reduction of risks deriving from possible interferences that may occur during the performance of interventions entrusted to third parties within the university facilities and in the common area of the Hospital – University of Padova.
The information and prescriptions contained in the document are intended to inform the executing companies of the risks present in the work environments where they are called upon to intervene and the situations of interference that may be generated due to the simultaneous performance of normal university activities.
The DUVRI is the document that must be drawn up on the occasion of works, services or supply contracts, in order to meet the obligations imposed by Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments and additions "Consolidated Safety Act". The document is formalized at the time of signing the contract, of which it becomes an integral campus.
The model brings together the fundamental components of the assessment of interference risks, information to the assignees, definition of spaces and procedures related to the interventions.
