NICE - Intercultural Competence to facilitate Entrepreneurship

NICE is an Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme aimed at students of the University of Padua from any degree programme. It is divided into two educational activities:
- NICE Virtual Exchange: seven teaching modules aimed at promoting the development of transferable skills, in particular entrepreneurial and intercultural skills, relationship-building and collaboration skills, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving approach, with the goal of fostering professional growth and entry into the world of work. Students will work both individually and in interdisciplinary and multicultural groups with the aim of reaching the solution to an operational question (Global Challenge), together with peers from the other universities participating in the programme.
- NICE Summer School: an optional and complementary activity that will take place from 28 June to 5 July at the University of Edinburgh. The purpose of this activity is to build on what has been learnt and developed during the virtual exchange.
The University of Padua awards 3 university credits (ECTS credits) for other activities, subject to inclusion of the activity “Intercultural Competence to Facilitate Entrepreneurship” in the study plan.
The possibility of including the credits in the study plan is not guaranteed, whereas inclusion outside the study plan is always possible.
You are always advised to check in advance any limitations and rules relating to your degree programme and, in case of doubt, to contact the President of your degree programme or their delegate for confirmation.
