Safety guidelines
To ensure greater protection of safety, the participation and collaboration of all parties concerned and the precise assignment of tasks and functions within the framework of the safety organisation in the University are required (regulations pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended, and fire prevention regulations).
The guidelines adopted by the University of Padua for the proper management of activities and spaces within the buildings housing departmental facilities are intended to provide, in summary form, some information and guidance regarding the duties assigned to Heads of Department for the safe use of buildings and all the equipment available under their responsibility, while also setting out the proper procedures for carrying out all activities undertaken by staff and students.
Each Head of Department coordinates and manages the various actions identified in the guidelines; the main actors are identified in the chain of safety contacts and supervisors.
