To ensure greater safety protection, it is necessary to have the participation and collaboration of all interested parties and the exact assignment of tasks and functions within the framework of the organization for safety in the University (rules referred to in Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, and rules on fire prevention).

The guidelines adopted by the University of Padova for the correct management of activities and spaces within the campus buildings of departmental structures aim to provide, briefly, some information and indications relating to the tasks entrusted to department directors for the safe use of buildings and all the equipment available for their competence, also dictating the correct methods of exercising all the activities carried out by the staff and the corps Student.

Each department director is the coordinator and manager of the various actions identified in the guidelines;  The main actors are identified in the chain of safety representatives and supervisors.
