Specific risk activities: safety operating instructions

In some locations of the University of Padova there are activities that involve specific risk activities such as:

Use of flammable substances
Use of cryogenic gases
work in confined spaces or suspected of pollution
research activities with animals
research activities on biological agents
Use of hazardous chemicals
Blood Manipulation
use of carcinogens
Use of laser equipment
use of explosive substances
presence of compressed gases in cylinders
Nanotechnology research activities
use of machine tools
presence of magnetic fields: electrical substation, transformer room

Operating instructions have therefore been drawn up in order to provide the main safety indications to be adopted for the protection of the health and safety of workers. These instructions are constantly updated, in relation to regulatory developments, but above all following the reports provided by operators in the field, with specific skills in the various topics covered, for which the Prevention and Protection Service is a direct interlocutor.
