Summer School of Information Engineering - SSIE 2023
The 2023 edition of the Summer School will focus on the topic of 6G systems, and in particular:
- Machine learning and mathematical optimisation, including the latest developments on neural network architecture research, adversarial machine learning, efficient and modular neural networks, meta-heuristic optimisation techniques;
- Programmable networks and software-defined networks;
- Key technologies for 6G mobile networks, including non-terrestrial networks (NTN), intelligent and reconfigurable surfaces (IRS), developments in multimedia signal processing;
- Information security.
The Summer School also includes half-day workshops in which students will present their work.
The best presentation will receive an award, jointly presented by the IEEE Italy Section and the Department of Information Engineering (DEI) at the University of Padua.
