We welcome visiting delegations from across the globe as an important opportunity to strengthen our international partnerships and promote scientific debate on topical issues.To that aim we invite you to fill out the Delegation Form below.

Please note that:
- the standard process for issuing and signing invitation letters may take up to 60 (sixty) days. Thus, requests must be submitted to the Unipd Projects and Mobility Office well in advance.
- for international delegations meeting the governance of the University of Padua (Rector and/or Vice-Rectors): invitation letters cannot be signed by the Rector: they will be signed by the Head of the International Relations Division - who is legally delegated to do so.
- for international delegations visiting specific academic departments: invitation letters will be signed by the Head of the hosting Department.
