Tender notices and contracts from 1 January 2024
On this page it is possible to consult calls for tenders and procurement notices, procurement procedures and contracts, selections for various services, disposals and concessions, relating to procedures that started on or after 1 January 2024.
From 1 January 2024, in fact, Article 28 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 (new Public Contracts Code) became fully effective, with a view to digitalizing the entire life cycle of public contracts.
Transparency is therefore ensured in accordance with the guidance of the National Anti-Corruption Authority, set out in ANAC Resolutions no. 261 and no. 264 of 20/06/2023 and subsequent updates.
