Like a researcher, like an artist

Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September Museo della Natura e dell’Uomo is offering Come un ricercatore, come un artista, a rolling activity for families with children aged 7 and over, designed to explore the exhibition La Terra è blu come un’arancia. Il mistero della ricerca in a curious and creative way. A notebook guides adults and children through the rooms with riddles, observation challenges and small creative activities, inviting them to observe shapes, colours and details, compare scientific images and works of art, and experiment with different points of view.
The activity takes place on a rolling basis, with no booking required, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September.
The exhibition La Terra è blu come un’arancia. Il mistero della ricerca, open until 30 September, is curated by Sylvain Bellenger and organised on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of VIMM – Veneto Institute of Molecular Medicine. The exhibition route brings into dialogue scientific images from the VIMM laboratories and artistic images, exploring the creativity and curiosity shared by art and science and the different ways in which both observe and interpret living beings. The exhibition is included in the Museum admission ticket.
