This Master’s Course aims to encourage the development of skills in the analysis and design of inclusive contexts. Through the use of scientifically-based procedures and strategies, students learn how to share forms of enhancement and capitalization of the specificities and heterogeneities present in different contexts.Participants will work to promote the actions necessary to stimulate and reactivate the unexplored potential of territories and contexts. They will also learn how to mobilize both self-determination and people's feelings of solidarity, while interacting proactively with several actors from social economy, the third sector and national and local economies working on the inclusion in the workplace, in schools and in society.

Social innovation requires to promote change, to break bad old habits and to look for original solutions with high social value for the benefit of all and, in particular, of vulnerable people.

Participants will be able to recognize the different barriers present in context, from social to political-environmental to architectural ones, and operate in order to reduce their disabling power. Students will learn how to find the most effective ways to establish relationships and work on common projects and collaborative actions between public and private sectors, profit and non-profit organizations, traditional and alternative economies.

This Master Course is rooted in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Europe 2020 Strategy, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations, as well as local, national and other international documents and.

The aim is to form 'sentinels of inclusion’ who have the ability to identify discrimination while highlighting good practices in order to build original, sustainable, and new contexts for work, community, sports, cultural and leisure activities.
