The Advanced Course (T4L2) for the a. y. 2023-2024 consists of attending a series of compulsory and elective workshops, which aim at exploring in depth innovative teaching topics mentioned during the New Faculty and Basic Course (T4L1).

The course is formulated as follows:

• 3 compulsory Workshops of 3 hours each to be carried out in presence or online on the grounding themes of Active Learning;
• 6 Workshops of choice of 2 hours each to be selected from those offered

A total of 21 hours to be completed over a period of 18 months starting from September 2023.

Course contents

• Participatory methods to promote learning;
• The relationship between teachers and students/students
• Construction of the syllabus
• Design and management of feedback and evaluation processes
• Peer observation and management of feedback between colleagues
• Design and development of tools for educational coaching to collaborate with colleagues and colleagues
• New technological tools to be integrated into teaching
• Micro-teaching

Target 

Full Professors, Associate Professors and Researchers on permanent contracts, RTDAs, RTDBs who have already attended the New Faculty and Basic Course (T4L1).
