This course trains legal professionals to handle practical cases and deal with complex issues in the fields of business activities, contracts, international trade, finance, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, through a meticulous training on methods and techniques for international corporate lawyers in both private and public fields. Hands-on experience of legal clinics, internships, study abroad stays and international partnership ventures will be crucial. Subjects of study are, for instance, economic analysis of international law, trade and taxation, legal information technology, comparative legal systems. This qualification gives you access to the legal professions and allows you to become a legal expert in both public and private fields; it also grants access to new professional positions in demand in the job market.

Characteristic and objectives
The degree provides students with an opportunity to study law modules which are of vital interest in the modern world, the course deals with the study of contract law, marketing, agricultural law and alternative dispute resolution. The course ensures a great learning environment which encourages the exchange of perspectives between disciplines. The study of different areas of law will allow the student to form an organic, multi-dimensional framework.
Core law modules covers key professional skills such as problem-solving, critical analysis, report writing, professional advice and negotiation. Modules are focussed upon the application of law to real-life situations and deal with current legal issues. All students receive on-going face to face feedback from academic tutors during the course of their studies; students are encouraged to reflect upon their improvements and to determine academic and vocational objectives.
In addition to course work, all students are expected to complete an internship and they could also participate in summer or winter schools organized in partnership with foreign universities.
Graduates will find employment in national and international context. They pursue international careers in law firms, legal departments, international organizations, in consulting, banking, business development and in the start-up industry. Business lawyers can use skills in order to deal with corporate clients, business professionals working at the intersection of business and law, entrepreneurs and professionals interested in working in the start-up field.
