Taught in English, graduates study the functioning and competitive aspects of modern firms competing sustainably in the global economy by following one of the three business processes, Smart Manufacturing, Marketing and Digital Transformation, and People and Organizations. Graduates obtain the skills necessary to interpret the transition processes of companies towards sustainability, innovation, inclusion and digitisation. Students participate in practical activities with companies, along with a Managerial Lab aimed at acquiring the skills needed in the competitive job market.

Characteristics and objectives
The Master's degree in Management for Sustainable Firms provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage business processes sustainably and delivers a unique approach to the field of sustainable management, combining sustainability with digital transformation and innovation.

The Master's degree is suitable for young graduates in all management-related disciplines that want to develop and strengthen their background on management topics regarding the most important current transformations of firms, societies, markets and economies: digitalization, sustainability, globalization, business model innovation, big data and machine learning.

The topics covered by the programme also address some of the key issues regarding the globalization of the competition and supply chains to equip students with the expertise to understand and face the sustainability transition.

The first year's courses are designed to give students an integrated view of the management of modern firms competing sustainably in the global economy: from sustainable strategies and business models to organizational structures, from business economics to accounting systems.
The second year aims at building skills along three business processes, Smart Manufacturing, Marketing and Digital Transformation, People and Organizations, each of which represents a distinct track.
