Opportunities after PhD
The award is intended for PhDs who have successfully submitted and defended their PhD dissertation between 1 January 2025 and the closing date of this call. Candidates can be Italian, European or non-European citizens.
PhD dissertations can address the relationship and impact of Artificial Intelligence on Entrepreneurship and Management and in particular.
Application form
The ASAI establishes a selection for the award of a scholarship for the best PhD dissertation in studies and research on Africa and its populations inside and outside the continent. The initiative aims to encourage young researchers to deepen and refine their research on African realities.
The recognition consists of a certificate and a contribution of € 700 (gross). In order to participate in the selection, candidates must be in possession of a PhD degree, obtained at any Italian university, in the period between 31 January 2024 and 30 January 2026.
The Department of Cardio-Thoraco-Vascular Sciences and Public Health establishes an annual post-graduate research grant in memory of Prof. Federico Rea entitled "Translational research in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant pleural mesothelioma, within the mesothelioma study center - mesothelioma center (cestumeso)" - resp. Prof. A. Dell'Amore.
Call for applications and other information
The "Friends of Angelo Pangrazio" Association, in collaboration with the University of Padova, has announced the second edition of the "Angelo Pangrazio Award", in memory of the Veronese journalist (Zevio 1957 - Padova 2022) engaged for much of his activity in documenting environmental issues.
The prize, in the amount of € 1,500 (one thousand five hundred), is established with the aim of enhancing the best PhD research discussed at the University of Padua and dedicated to environmental issues with a high social impact, with the aim of stimulating the dissemination of knowledge useful for the protection and enhancement of the territory and its resources.
To compete, the research in question must be discussed in the calendar years 2023, 2024 or 2025.
The deadline for the delivery of the papers is set for December 31, 2025.
